“I have been with Education Ventures for the last 10 years and my trust towards the company is the main factor that draws me in, in becoming a partner.
I have built CEC Shah Alam from scratch and what it is today is a joint effort between me and the people I work with. The company has given me a lot of support and the partners and the management have always been a family to me. They are always there when I needed help; be it for  work or moral support. I consider it an honour to be invited and I suppose it is a reward for my hard work all these years.

As a partner, I pledge not to disappoint them and will always stay committed. This commitment will certainly bear fruits at the end of the day.

Janet Lee:
I first ventured into pre-school education in 1993. I love and enjoy interacting with young children and their parents. I have been a CEC principal for 5 years. Seeing children stepping into my CEC at the young age of 3-4 to learn gives me satisfaction and pleasure. In addition to interacting with children, dealing with the developmental stages of the young ones also brings me a lot of joy and fulfillment.

I have been working with Education Ventures (EV) since 1999. I took up the REAL Partnership 4 years later, and since, have been running CEC Puchong that houses approximately 320 children. It was no bed of roses at the initial stage, i.e. setting up the centre, however, the problems I encountered were overcome very soon with the support coming from EV and by the grace of God. The partnership does not only serve as business collaboration that gives me monetary reward and enhances my entrepreneurship, it also gives me valuable experience and job satisfaction. Being a partner to EV, I receive encouragement to better myself, my work knowledge and my entrepreneurial skills through the relevant courses suggested to me. EV really went the extra mile to prepare me as a REAL partner. I also gained the confidence of becoming a business partner knowing that God is with me.

I will certainly encourage my friends and other early childhood education enthusiasts to be a REAL partner.
