Aziz Tan Sri Bahaman [Chairman]
Aziz runs his own construction company, Norwest Holding Sdn Bhd, a class A contractor registered with the Public Works Department in Malaysia. Aziz’s R.E.A.L passion stems from his early days as a lecturer in Anthropology in Australia. Before starting his construction company, he was a Human Resource Manager in an international company.
Sim Quan Seng [Chairman]
A visionary and founding member, Quan Seng sets the pace in every project and endeavour that the company undertakes. Although he is well respected amongst the best in the corporate world, Quan Seng still has R.E.A.L at heart. Apart from founding the R.E.A.L Learning Centres, he also owns and drives CNS, one of the largest network-marketing distributors and educators of health food products in and around Malaysia.
Ee Ching Wah [Executive Director]
A founding member and an Engineer, Ching Wah’s passion for R.E.A.L Education knows no bound. Together with Quan Seng, he manages the Group of Companies under the flagship of the R.E.A.L Learning Centres. Ching Wah was already an established businessman when he embarked on this journey of passion.
Kee Keok Kuay [Director]
Together with Quan Seng and Ching Wah, Keok Kuay started Education Ventures with the help and support by some of his family members. Although he runs his own manufacturing company, he still finds time to be involved in the business of R.E.A.L.
Ng Yee Hing [Director]
An industrial chemist by profession, Yee Hing claims that his gifts and passion are found in art and other creative realms. After more than 20 years of “making a living”, in the earlier jobs that he was doing, he gave himself a go at the R.E.A.L thing. It was no looking back. |

Prof. Dato Dr Lam Sai Kit:
Professor Emeritus Dato’ Dr. Lam Sai Kit is one of the most influential figures in medical virology in the international arena. His research has been recognized worldwide and has culminated in many prestigious awards from distinguished research Institutes, Universities and Governments. They include institutions from Beijing China, Russia, Thailand, Japan, WHO in Geneva, Switzerland. One of the latest addition to this string of awards, is the Knight of the National Order of Merit from the French Government in recognition of his contributions to research in medical virology and for the closer cooperation between Malaysia and France.
A friendly, quiet and unassuming personality, Prof Lam is very much an educationist at heart. He truly shares, Education Ventures’ passion in R.E.A.L Education, made available to all who seek “to make this world a better place”.
Prof. Dr Muhamad Tamyez:
He was the former President and is the current Council Member of the Malaysian Design Council. He is also the former Dean of the Faculty of Art & Design in UiTM [University of Institute Technology MARA].
Dr Khim Paik Lah:
Dr Khim is a consultant to the Government at the National IT Council and a former lecturer in USM [University Sains Malaysia], well recognized for her research on “Action Learning”, a project studying the learning behaviours in children. Children’s education is her passion.
Dr Arulampalam:
Dr Arul, consultant, lecturer, writer and practitioner in children education currently owns and runs a chain of kindergartens under CEC R.E.A.L 4~6. She is also a sought-after speaker in Malaysia and Singapore. Her obvious passion is centered on children’s learning patterns.
Dr Alvin Low:
Dr Alvin Low is consultant to the governments of many developing countries in areas of leadership and organisation. An educationist at heart, Dr Low is also an author of several books, written his own curriculum for franchised training courses and an award-winning orator himself. He currently is the President of Acts International Inc, an organisation based in Colorado Springs, USA, devoted to the training of leaders around the world. His involvement in R.E.A.L dated back to the adoption of our vision and mission statements in 1997. |
