Mr.Aziz runs his own construction company, Norwest Holding Sdn Bhd, a class A contractor registered with the Public Works Department in Malaysia. His ‘R.E.A.L passion’ stems from his early days as a lecturer of Anthropology in Australia. Before starting his construction company, he was a Human Resource Manager of an international company. |

 Sim Quan Seng
Founder & CEO
As a visionary and Group founding member, Mr.Sim sets the pace in every project and endeavour that the company undertakes. Although a mechanical engineer by profession, his true passion lies in R.E.A.L education. Apart from spearheading the R.E.A.L Education Group, he also owns and drives CNS, one of the largest network-marketing distributors and educators of health food products in and around Malaysia. |
 Ee Ching Wah
Executive Director
A founding member as well as a civil cum structural engineer, Mr.Ee’s passion for R.E.A.L education (coincidentally a brainchild of his) knows no bound. Together with Mr.Sim, he manages the various academic establishments under the flagship of the R.E.A.L Education Group. Mr.Ee already made his name as an established businessman before embarking on this journey of passion. |

 Kee Keok Kuay
Director
Together with Mr.Sim and Mr.Ee, Mr.Kee founded the R.E.A.L Education Group with the help and support of his family members. Although he’s a qualified electrical engineer and runs his own manufacturing company, he still finds time to be involved in the business of R.E.A.L. |
 Ng Yee Hing
Director
An industrial chemist by profession, Mr.Ng claims that his gifts and passion are found in the artistic and creative realms. After more than 20 years of ‘making a living’ in the earlier jobs that he was doing, he gave himself a go at R.E.A.L. There was no looking back since! |

 Satinah Syed Saleh
Director
Beginning her career as a teacher and lecturer, Pn. Satinah has went on to hold various prominent positions in the Ministry of Education (MOE) and Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE). Due to her wealth of experience in the education sector, she was even chosen to serve as Special Officer to then Deputy Prime Minister, Dato Seri Mohd Najib Tun Abdul Razak. As the latest member of the R.E.A.L family, it is a privilege to have Pn. Satinah aboard. |
